Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days after payment is received.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. holidays.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and chosen shipping method. 
Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and your location. Estimated transit times will be shown at checkout.

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., weather, carrier issues).

 

3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses unless otherwise stated.

 

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.

 

5. Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used will depend on your shipping address and selected method.

 

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Sproutly is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. 
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) at sproutlykids@gmail.com so we can help resolve the issue.

 

7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once your order is processed.
