We believe emotional intelligence is essential for children’s well-being. This kit is designed to help kids recognize, express, and manage their feelings with confidence and clarity.
We’ve selected six core emotions to focus on. While original research includes “disgust,” we’ve replaced it with “worry,” a feeling that appears in children’s lives.
The six emotions in this kit:
– Happy: joy, excitement, contentment
– Sad: loss, disappointment, loneliness
– Angry: frustration or unfairness
– Worried: nervousness or uncertainty
– Surprised: being caught off guard
– Fear: feeling scared or unsafe

We want you to love your Sproutly purchase! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work for orders placed through our website, sproutlykids.com.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for most unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition you received them. Some items (e.g., digital products, clearance items, or personalized products) are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. How to Start a Return
To start a return:
Email us at sproutlykids@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
3. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged product), we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to change of mind or an incorrect address provided by you, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:

Please include photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue quickly.
We’ll send a replacement or process a refund at no cost to you.
6. Exchanges
We can exchange items if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. For all other reasons, you’ll need to return the item and place a new order.
